Clothing Center
Cameron Clothing Center Information
The clothing center was established in 1988 to provide the local community access to free second-hand clothing and household items. The clothing center was recognized by the Fairfax County Department of Community Action in October 1989 for a successful first year of service. The center continues to distribute clothing, shoes, and household items. Recipients are asked to read and sign the policy form.
Donations
All clean school uniforms, infant, children, and adult clothing, as well as small household items (no furniture please), are accepted. Toys and shoes are also accepted.
Clothing Center Policy
In utilizing the services of the Cameron Clothing Center I understand that:
- Clothes obtained from the Clothing Center are for personal or family use only.
- Clothes from the Clothing Center are donated and therefore are NOT to be sold or sent to other locations or countries.
- I am responsible for keeping the Clothing Center neat and tidy and I will clean up any mess I make.
